An angel came
Slowly, softly touching the sky
Glancing against the sea
An angel came
In a dream dreamt long ago,
In unraveled care…
As a lost voice, traveling
From the ages,
Imbuing the colour,
And then
Full of forgiveness
Slow speak…
Wanting the world
To listen to long lost songs
Sung from long lost tongues
Slow the voice floating
Transient…
Yet insistent with its tune
And the angel came
With forgiveness extend
To guide our paths where
No mortal may’st yet
Step.
And then I saw the light
That shone through the
Angel wings…
Spread over the sky,
Crimson ting’d
With highlights of yellow…
